Satisfaction Guaranteed
We strive to do more than meet your expectations—we want to exceed them! Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order is not as you expected, please let us know by contacting us 24 hours a day at support@cutielittleme.com. If there is an error from Cutie Little Me on a personalized item we will redo that item for you. We will do our best to make it right. If all or part of your order needs to be returned, we only accept items in their original unused condition. Special orders, christening and/or baptism gowns and outfits, Christmas, Valentine, Halloween costumes, or any holiday outfits, worn or personalized items are not returnable. Postage for returned items, and exchanges are not refundable.
How will the merchandise be shipped to me?
Typically, Non Personalized items such as the gifts baskets: 1 Business day. Embroidered items: 2-3 Business days. We ship “best way”: USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Post, UPS or FedEx Ground.
If my order is a gift, will the packing slip show the price I paid?
No, the packing slip does not include prices.
How will I be notified that my order has shipped?
You will get an email at the email address you provided with the tracking number.
What is the return policy?
If you have a problem or discrepancy with an order, contact our customer service department immediately at support@cutielittleme.com.
Absolutely NO returns on printed, washed, or decorated merchandise. Garments must be inspected before printing.
All claims for shortages, damages, etc., must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
Absolutely NO CASH REFUNDS.
All returns subject to a 15% restocking charge in addition to freight charges.
Special Order and Custom Made Items are subject to a 20% restocking charge in addition to freight charges. Custom Made orders CAN NOT be cancelled after 48 hours.
All unclaimed or refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking charge, in addition to freight charges.
No returns will be accepted by our warehouse without a valid return authorization number issued by one of our customer service representatives.
Defective merchandise must return to us with a piece of tape indicating the location of the flaw.
Orders are processed immediately. If you need to cancel your order, contact us at support@cutielittleme.com, or 425-610-8212 within 24 hours. We will do our very best to accommodate your request.
Do I have to pay to send items back for a return/exchange?
Yes. At this time you have to pay to send returns back to Cutie Little Me.
Can I return individual items from a Set?
No. we're so sorry but to return a piece from a set, the entire set must be returned.
How long will it take to process my refund?
It will take approximately 2 - 3 weeks to process your refund.
